A congregation was begun in Beiseker in 1944 at the request of local residents. A church was dedicated in 1945 as Grace Evangelical Church. It was served by its own minister from 1949 to 1952, at other times it was served from either Three Hills or Calgary, Killarney. In the latter 1960's the church was discontinued with members transferring to Three Hills and Calgary.

Records of the church in Alsask, Saskatchewan which opened in 1910. Seven appointments were reported by the early pastor James Hall who accompanied the early settlers from Didsbury. Appointments included Graindale, Hopewell, Westside, Highland Park, and later Acadia Valley. The work was joined with Acadia Valley in 1954.
