When the Newsletter went to commercial printing, its name was changed to Evangelical Messenger since the Evangelical Messenger (Cleveland) had ceased publishing. It was renamed Northwest Canada Echoes beginning Apr., 1963, vol. 34 #7 (same size, paper, and continued volume and no. of editions).

II (1939-40) complete Published by Young People's Union, then C.E.Y.F., then Northwest Canada Youth Fellowship. First two volumes were named ‘Conference Evangelical Young Peoples Union Bulletin. Published Sept., 1938 as issue #1, with Jan and April, 1939 as issue #2, #3, 1938-39. Re-named Christian Echo in 1940, vol. III.
