Often missed publishing in July or August, and at times combined months at the end or beginning of the year: June-July, 1978 to June, 1993 complete, second copies incomplete. No publication in May and June, 1986, because of June and July, 1986, issues of "Identity." (second copies by year following the first copies for that year)
