Regina Calvary church opened in 1905 and ministered at three different locations in the city. Regina Bible Institute, the forerunner of Hillcrest Christian College, was operated in its facilities. The congregation closed in 2003.
Regina Calvary church opened in 1905 and ministered at three different locations in the city. Regina Bible Institute, the forerunner of Hillcrest Christian College, was operated in its facilities. The congregation closed in 2003.
In 1941 Rev. F. S. Magsig assumed full responsibility for the Regina Bible Institute which had previously operated under Rev. Peter Allinger and later moved it to the Calvary Temple where Magsig was pastor. The 1942 conference endorsed the move by resolution. It was relocated to Medicine Hat in June, 1947 and re-named Hillcrest Christian College.
