Records of Hillcrest Christian College born by a move of the Regina Bible Institute to Medicine Hat and a change of name. It ministered until 1992 when it merged with Mountain View Bible College to form Rocky Mountain College.

Shirley Brander, with the assistance of her husband Clayton, spent most of their married life compiling this eleven volume collection of missionary newsletters, prayer letters, personal correspondence, and articles from publications related to missionaries of the United Missionary Church and its successors who served in many of the mission fields of the world.
The collection was actually started by Mrs. Gertrude Brander, Clayton’s mother, who began writing to missionaries in 1945. When Shirley and Clayton were married in 1950 Gertrude passed the responsibility to Shirley. Collecting missions documents and having missionaries in their home created a strong missions emphasis that impacted and influenced members of their family and the church community. The Branders completed their collecting about 2000 and subsequently donated their work to the EMCC National Collection.
Three hundred and thirteen missionary couples or single missionaries are addressed in the collection. For many of these the collection is extensive, for a few there is not much more than their names and mission fields served.

Records of a congregation begun by the Evangelical Church in Vancouver in 1941 by Rev. J. S. Domm and named Grace Evangelical Church.

This Chinese Church began as early as 1971, ministered at a number of locations in Vancouver, and withdrew from the NWCC in 1991.

In 1982 the Evangelical Church was created by the merger of the Evangelical Church of North America and the Northwest Canada Conference Evangelical Church. The ECNA was born June 4, 1968, in Portland Oregon from congregations and ministers who declined to be a part of the United Methodist Church merger. In 1982 the Northwest Canada Conference Evangelical Church, under the name of Evangelical Church in Canada, joined with the Evangelical Church of North America. The joint body was known as The Evangelical Church. This relationship continued until the Northwest Canada Conference Evangelical Church merged with the Missionary Church of Canada in 1993.
